Wednesday Meditation Classes: Be Calm and Confident with Meditation

Meditate and be calm, centred, confident and courageous. An engaging course exploring how to develop a realistic approach to life, create balance and harmony, improve your self-confidence and stay calm in a crisis.

November 15th: Meditate and be centred – how to be calm and stable
November 22nd: Meditate and be confident – Improve your self-confidence and realise your true potential
November 29th: Meditate and be courageous – Stay calm in a crisis and turn difficulties to your advantage
December 6th: Meditate and be positive – a guide to staying positive no matter what

These classes are run as courses but you don't need to attend the full course and can just come along to individual classes as you wish.

Classes are taught by the Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Nyingpo. She has a wealth of experience having been ordained as a Buddhist nun for over 25 years and taught for many years internationally. Her teachings are warm and inspiring and she understands the challenges people face in their lives, offering practical advice and solutions for the modern world.
