Meditation Course: Breaking Bad Habits
Bad habits make us unhappy and damage our relationships and sense of self-worth. By understanding the mental attitudes that cause our bad habits, we can gradually undo them. Through understanding our mind in this way we can finally bring it under control and find mental peace, freedom, integrity and confidence. We can break our bad habits forever.
Everybody is welcome to attend this course, regardless of experience. This course will give rise to a peaceful feeling in the mind and improve your ability to live a peaceful life.
There are 2 x 1-hour sessions of guided meditations and inspiring talks taught by the Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Nyingpo. She has a wealth of experience having been ordained as a Buddhist nun for 25 years and taught for many years internationally. Her teachings are warm and inspiring and she understands the challenges people face in their lives, offering practical advice and solutions for the modern world.
