Death, Dirt and DNA offers you the opportunity to hear what actually happens during an investigation as our panel of experts will bust myths and explore everything from crime scene discovery to lab interpretations and forensic pathology to soil science in this engaging talk.
Lorna Dawson (James Hutton Institute and RGU), Wendy Deegan (RGU) and James Grieve, (University of Aberdeen), are renowned scientists, advisors to crime writers and to the police- and for one evening – your direct line to the world of crime investigation!

Doors will open at 18:00, giving you the chance to explore the ground floor of Aberdeen Science Centre to try out our interactive exhibits – including our digital microscope, DNA game and our autopsy table!
