Superhero Family Fun Run
Celebrate the great work of our Superhero colleagues in the local NHS Hospitals and community services across Northamptonshire by joining us on Sunday 3 July 2022 for our very first Superhero Family Fun Run at the beautiful setting of Wicksteed Park in Kettering.
This fun event is open to all ages and abilities and whether you choose to run, jog or walk the 5km distance, you will all be Superheroes to us.
There will be some prizes for the best dressed Superheroes, whether you are Superman, Wonder Woman or dressed as one of our NHS Heroes. This is also a great opportunity to celebrate all the key workers throughout the pandemic and would also encourage you to come as your favourite postie, bin man or shop worker. (There is no obligation to dress up if it isn’t your thing!)
All finishers will receive a medal and a bottle of water at the finish line.
All proceeds from this event will go to our Twinkling Stars Appeal. We are raising funds for a hospital maternity bereavement suite for bereaved parents at Kettering General Hospital.
Wicksteed Park are offering all finishers a discounted entry for a Wristband Ticket for the rides and attractions for Sunday 3 July of £15 per person. Just show your finisher medal at the ticket office to get the discount.
