Easter Activities
Nuneaton Museum & Art Gallery will once again be offering some fabulous FREE activities for children over the Easter holidays. No need to book, just pop along. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
At busy times you may be asked to wait. Donations are welcomed.
Our annual Easter Egg Hunt will be taking place on Sunday 17 April between 2pm and 4.30pm! Find all the eggs hidden in the Museum and enter the prize draw for a big Easter Egg!
During the first week we have some terrific activities you can get creative with on the theme of Easter. Why not make a 3D Easter card to send to someone over the holidays?
Activities taking place throughout the second week are inspired by Japanese culture and our Tsuba exhibition. You can make a Japanese Samurai mask or a Blossom Tree collage. Don’t forget! There are always creative things for children to discover in all of our galleries.
The activities will be as follows:
Tuesday 12 April
Design and make a 3D Easter card to send to someone over the holidays!
Wednesday 13 April
Create an Easter egg collage mobile
Thursday 14 April
Make the famous Easter rabbit from a paper plate. We’ll show you how!
Friday 15 April (Good Friday)
Make an opening Easter egg with mini chick inside!
Easter Sunday 17 April
Join in our traditional Easter Egg hunt. Prizes to be won if you spot them all and you also go into the draw to win a big Easter egg!
Bank Holiday Monday 18 April
Make a paper plate Japanese hand fan
Tuesday 19 April
Create a Japanese Samurai mask
Wednesday 20 April
Make a Japanese Blossom Tree collage
Thursday 21 April
Make a flying Japanese Carp
