Meditation is a simple but very effective method to calm the mind, let go of stress, tension and worry, and give rise to an experience of inner peace and wellbeing. Especially suitable for beginners you will be introduced to meditation techniques that can be practised by anyone. During this course you will get practical experience of the benefits of meditation, including how to use meditation to handle stress, be happy, stay focused and have harmony in your relationships.
Experienced meditation teacher, Kelsang Gyalwa will teach this course.

January 19th – Quietening the Mind.
January 26th – Training in Mindfulness.
February 2nd – Overcoming Distraction.
February 9th – Boost your meditation practice.
Learn a simple and effective meditation to energise the mind. Each class consists of two guided meditations and instruction. Anyone can practice meditation and everyone is welcome to attend. There is no physical exercise involved and seating is on chairs.
