Thursday Meditation Daytime Class: Reducing Stress and Anxiety
Anxiety and stress are increasingly common problems for people in our busy, modern world.
These states of mind prevent us from experiencing peace and enjoying life. Buddha’s timeless teachings offer a simple and yet profound alternative. Training in meditation is an effective way to gain mental freedom.
If we can train our mind to respond to life’s challenges with a peaceful, positive attitude, all our ordinary problems and difficulties fall away, and we discover our true nature, which is infinitely calm, happy and stable.
In this way we can learn to face life with clarity, inner strength, and profound peace.
