Followed by RAZZLE DAZZLE Dance Exercise class - learn other dance genres to your favourite Showstopping music tracks from stage and screen. Beginner level Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Barn Dance ,Fosse, Burlesque, Bhangra, Lyrical, Contemporary, Jive etc

FITSTEPS CHAIR - for those less mobile or post operative, overweight , with join swelling and pain or generally ladies and gents that are less fit and more frail - A fun Social Chair based exercise and mobility class based on strictly dances and rhythms
