Fore Adventure: Coastal Foraging and Edible Seaweeds

Join us on a seashore scavenge to hunt down the very best of our coastal plants and Dorset seaweed. Learn what species are edible, how to harvest them, their medicinal properties and how to prepare them for eating. Pull in pots, hunt out razor clams and scour the shoreline for all of the wild edibles on offer from nature before settling at our sweet seaside spot for a heart warming soup with wild ingredients to end the day with.
