Willow weaving sculpture workshop
Spend the day weaving a beautiful pig sculpture for your garden! Suitable for all levels, you will learn how to build a framework to weave on to and then add the fun features to give your pig character. All materials are provided on the day and you get to take home your beautiful creation!
Drawing on her experience of wildlife and nature, course leader Rachel Harwood uses British grown willow from the Somerset levels to create sculptures for the home and garden. Connecting with the natural environment is her passion and she tries to capture the movement of nature within her sculptures. Rachel loves to inspire people on the use and beauty of natural materials to reconnect with the natural world.
