Queen's Jubilee Garden Party
Here is a taster of what to expect;
• Music through the decades including songs for all to join in.
• Delicious summer refreshments* including;
• afternoon tea platters,
• home-made cakes and pastries,
• strawberries and cream with Pimms,
• ice-cream,
• freshly made popcorn
• teas, coffees, juices etc
• Licensed bar*.
• Fancy dress parade and competition for the children – Theme: Royalty (All children will receive a reward for entering)
• A quiz covering the years of the Queen’s reign.
• Games and crafts activities for all to join in*.
• Maypole dancing
• Tombola*.
There will also be an area dedicated to fund-raising for the Ukraine appeal fund. This will include the sale of paintings by the Tockwith Art Group and toys made by the Tockwith Craft Club.
(* This is not a fund-raising event and the majority of activities will be free of charge. There will be a small charge for refreshments and some games to cover expenses.)
