A wonderful celebration of the best Sussex food and drink producers, featuring approximately 27 hand-selected stalls showcasing the best of Sussex fayre.
There will be a programme of demonstrations, talks and live music to include Bangers Galore making delicious traditional sausages, hear the story behind Ditchling Gin, and listen to The Grand Central Trio providing live music between 12-2pm, with great swing classics, Latin tunes and cool pop arrangements.
Tempt your taste buds with delicious woodfired pizza from The Landoughver, Greek delicacies from Souvlucky, cooling locally made ice-cream from Latchett’s Farm, and light bites from The Gardeners’ Retreat Café.
The event will be held in a marquee on the South Lawn, in front of the Elizabethan Mansion.

2.30–3.00 Demonstration Sidnye Flowers – Vicki Ponsford will be demonstrating simple flower arrangements picked from her very own cutting patch, including tips and tricks on how to grow your own.
