Majesty - Celebratory Musical Masterpieces
Pakefield Singers present a programme of celebratory music including Mozart's Coronation Mass
and Schubert's Mass in G, along with other popular and well-loved choral pieces, in the majestic setting of Blythburgh Church, known as the Cathedral of the Marshes.

This concert is a double celebration marking both the Platinum Jubilee of Her Majesty the Queen, and the 20th anniversary of the choir. The programme includes music performed by the choir over the past two decades with grand choral items, but also providing moments for reflection. The choir also gives a nod to the future with the choice of Mozart’s Coronation Mass as this is the first time they have performed it. The Schubert’s Mass in G major featured in the choir’s concert in 2019 which proved to be the last before the pandemic.
