Quia Ergo Femina - 900 years of choral music by women

Quia Ergo Femina - 900 years of choral music by women

NC3 present a concert of choral music written by women - from Hildegard of Bingen writing in the 11th Century via Fanny Mendelssohn (19th Century) and Rebecca Clarke (early 20th Century) to composers writing music today.

This concert, conducted by Mark Jordan (www.markjordan.me.uk/) and associate conductor Tristan Weymes , will be the chance to hear music you may not know.

Let us take you on an alternative journey through the ages.
Saturday 25th June at 7.30pm
