Going through the Menopause is a journey into the unknown, women can feel alone and scared not knowing what is happening to her physically, mentally and emotionally.
Every womens journey is unique to them we all have different symptoms, lifestyle and circumstances BUT we are not alone.
Through my own journey i know first hand how debilitating symptoms can be but i also know that this is just a stage that all women go through whether it be naturally or medically and it will pass with help, support and advice.
Menopause Yoga is a combination of vinyasa, yin, hatha and restorative yoga,
mindfulness, breathing techniques and deep relaxation
Menopause Yoga aims to EDUCATE and EMPOWER women so they can EMBRACE and flourish in this stage of life through lifestyle choices, natural remedies, supplements, yoga, meditation and breathwork
No previous Yoga experience is needed, all equipment supplied unless you have your own mat
