In 2020 the Kar-go Delivery Bot became the first vehicle designed for autonomous delivery to be licensed to travel on the UK roads. It’s first deliveries involved semi-autonomous deliveries of medicines to care homes in a trial backed by the UK government. Throughout 2021 the business trialled on the roads in the UK and most recently the technology has been trialled by the Royal Air Force on the largest airbase in the UK.
