? What is GMOTFW? and what do they do?
GMOTFW's is a local charity to Norfolk who support parents/carers to get out of the house, reduce social isolation and help there overall mental health. They put on free events for parents/carers to join in with so the kids can play while you get the chance to talk to others and make friends. All events are set up by parents who understand mental health and have experienced life's lows so that they can now offer support to others going though the same pains of parenting and mental health.
They have just opened a Hub based at Hewett Academy in Lakenham, Norwich. Meaning that you can drop in Mon to Fri, 10am to 2pm or attend a meet at the Hub so you can get the support you need. FREE TO DROP IN.
GMOTFW's rely solely on donations and funding to stay open so this event is so important so that we can raise money to keep this vital service alive. For some this service is a life line, it was for me so I know how much this charity means to its community.
