Celebrate the Harvest of the Sea with Polperro Fishermen’s Choir
Celebrate the Harvest of the Sea with Polperro Fishermen's Choir on the Old Coal Wharf in Polruan. As the choir celebrates its centenary, this is a reminder of the days when the Polperro fishermen were attracting huge congregations to Harvest of the Sea services with the help of Tommy Mark, a fisherman and inspirational lay preacher who became known as the Fishermen’s Bishop. We can’t bring back Tommy but Richard 'the Rev' Allen will be a lively substitute! So come and join the choir on Polruan's old Coal Wharf to recreate an uplifting but enjoyable experience. Everyone is welcome.
