The Ironbridge Gorge Brass Band Festival
The Ironbridge Gorge Brass Band Festival will finally be running again on 9th & 10th July 2022, after having to take a 2 year break due to Covid.
Our aim is to run an annual live music event open to people of all ages to enjoy, with no set admission fee and a request for donations instead, to promote brass band music and encourage youngsters to participate. As our poster says we are probably the largest free brass band festival in the UK, with thousands attending the beautiful location at the Museum of Iron in Ironbridge over the weekend.
Marquees and chairs are provided. We also have food stands and a bar. Dogs are welcome as long as they are well behaved and on leads. Come along, and enjoy lots of brass band music in a beautiful setting!
We are a registered charity run by volunteers.
Saturday 9th July 2022 from 10:30am until Sunday 10th July 2022 6pm. No set admission fee to the daytime festival, donations requested instead.
Saturday evening is a charity concert in aid of Severn Hospice and The Ironbridge Brass Band Festival. Tickets are £10 per person available on the door (under 14s free with an accompanying adult). Site opens at 7pm for a 7:30pm start. Parking on site.
