Raise Your Vibration - Gongs Sound Healing & Meditation
Are you seeking for a way to thoroughly relax that incorporates rhythms and frequencies in order to improve your general health? If so, let me introduce you to gongs sound meditation/healing.
It's a simple, easy approach to raise your vibration; it's really beneficial and shown to make you feel lighter and happier by reducing stress and anxiety levels.
You'll notice that even if you have a difficult day, you recover faster and are less affected by the negative events in your life.
These ancient tools stimulate the vagus nerve, the biggest cranial nerve in the body that influences the brain, heart, lungs, and intestine. It influences mood, aids in the formation and storage of memories, and is essential for good health. Also active is the parasymphathetic nerve system, which encourages the best possible recovery of the body and spirit and aids in the reduction of stress, anxiety, and blood pressure.
