Founder of Nuneaton Arts School - Edward Hellawell

In the 50s and 60s, Britain was still meeting the challenges of building a new world from the shock of a world war. Arts and education were integral in this process and you can see how the arts were part of that age. This local artist showed how he helped bridge the barriers in that contemporary society.
