Shrewsbury International Piano Recital - Nikita Lukinov
The brilliant young Russian pianist, Nikita Lukinov, plays a recital on the beautiful Steinway grand piano in the Alington Hall at Shrewsbury School at 2.30pm on Sunday September 25th 2022. Nikita will play Schumann's Symphonic Etudes with five posthumous variations in C-sharp Minor, Op. 13. After the interval, Nikita will play the Sonetto 104 del Petrarca, S. 161, No. 5 by Franz Liszt and will end his recital with Liszt's triumphant Sonata in B Minor S. 178.
Nikita has performed as a soloist in the UK at the Wigmore Hall, the Southbank Centre and Kings Place Hall. He has also played in Italy, Spain, Switzerland, France, Poland, Croatia, Germany and Russia.
