Internationally acclaimed, Singer Songwriter, Andrew Peterson, performs for one night his only public appearance in UK this year. Andrew Peterson, from Nashville Tennessee, is a Christian singer-songwriter, author, filmmaker, and founder of the Rabbit Room. He has released a number of records over the past twenty years, earning him a reputation for songs that connect with his listeners in ways equally powerful, poetic, and intimate.
As an author, Andrew’s books include the four volumes of the award-winning ‘Wingfeather’ Saga, released through Random House in 2020. Production is underway on the first season of the animated series through Angel Studios (‘The Chosen’). His creative memoirs, ‘Adorning the Dark’ released in 2019 and ‘God of the Garden’ released in 2021 through B&H Publishing.
In 2008, Andrew co-founded the Rabbit Room, a non-profit international organization based in Nashville, that fosters Christ-centred community and spiritual formation through music, story, and art.
Married for 24 years to Jamie, with three children, Andrew keeps bees (some 80,000), builds dry stack stone walls, gardens, draws and sleeps in his spare time.
Known for songs like “Dancing In The Minefields,” “Be Kind To Yourself,” Is He Worthy,” Don't You Want To Thank Someone, “The Silence Of God,” Nothing To Say, “You'll Find Your Way” and more, Peterson has been named “one of the foremost singer/songwriters around” and has received multiple “best album of the year” nods from critics with three Dove Award nominations.
