Olney Riverfest 2026
At our FREE to attend family event we will be running the amateur paddleboard (Over 18's only) and raft race (starts 12.45pm), whilst you wait for our paddleboarders and rafters to arrive at the swimming steps on the Recreational Ground Sports Field, East Street, near the banks of the river Great Ouse, you'll find food, charity, promotional and craft stalls. A small children's fairground rides and of course not forgetting the bar. Why not take a day off from the hassle of bringing along a picnic, we have catered for everyone's taste and will have an ice cream van. BUT WAIT!! THERE'S MORE!! Come and browse our great selection of craft stalls, a chance to treat yourself or find a gift for someone special, something unique is waiting for you. Don't forget our local charities will be there fundraising and have advice on hand and by popular demand The Great Gappo, with his circus tricks to try out your skills is back this year.
In the marquee is where you'll find the bar and band stage featuring music from 12.00pm to 5.00pm.
Midday: Duck Race - The Scouts yellow ducks will race between The weir @ Emberton Country Park to the A509 bridge (note, this is in a seperate location to Riverfest finish field).

Dogs welcome on leads. If coming by car, parking could be limited so please park considerately with our neighbours. Parking charges apply at Emberton Country Park.
