Gentle Dru Yoga online via Zoom - a gentle, flowing style of yoga designed to maintain Range of Movement (ROM) through simple yoga exercises with a focus on the breath to encourage a sense of relaxation and calm. Guidance and encouragement from Dru Yoga Therapist Michelle Helstrip, registered with the Complimentary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). Adaptations and modifications of poses to make sessions as inclusive as possible. Age group 40s - 80s, small group size to allow session leader Michelle to offer individual advice and support.
