Save The Lugg Day

The River Lugg is in poor health: exploring reasons and solutions This free event in Leominster will be held in various venues throughout the day.

DAY
9am - 12.00pm - CPRE citizen scientists show their work in Corn Square

12pm - 1.00pm - ‘Love the Lugg’ a river themed concert of music and words at Leominster Priory, HR6 8NH

1pm-3.00pm - Echo at Eaton Barn Community Garden will be hosting a mini celebration of the River Lugg where you are invited to a Mayoral Procession to view the Lugg, Jenny Pipes Morris Dancers, Poetry with Maggie & Robert Crompton, a Childrens Dragonfly Trail, Plants and Crafts Sale, a demonstration of CPRE's Citizen Science water testing and refreshments. EVENING
6.30 - 9.00pm - An evening with speakers followed by Q&A and discussion at Grange Court, Leominster. Free event but please reserve your place admin@cpreherefordshire.org.uk.
