Streets Alive

Streets Alive aims to capture the magic of Suffolk stories and bring them to life on local high streets. Stilt walking, puppetry and music combine in this outdoor performance which will parade through the streets of Suffolk market towns and school playgrounds this Summer.

The promenade will focus on two local stories – local heroine Margaret Catchpole who “borrowed” a horse and went on the ride of a lifetime, and 13th century North African musician, The Ipswich Man, whose bones were found in a recent excavation of the town’s Greyfriar’s monastery cemetery.

Coming to Felixstowe Triangle on Friday 15th July, Streets Alive will bring local high streets and stories to life. Free to watch, it’s sure to be a magical experience that will enchant the whole family this Summer.
