DanceFit
DanceFit is a Dance fitness class that is super fun combining a range of different easy-to-follow dance styles, leaving you feeling amazing. By mixing low and high intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance party you won't believe is a workout.
ClubFit
You'll work up a sweat burning around 600 calories a session in a darkened room with disco lights, raving away to a banging soundtrack. ClubFit routines are a mix of Aerobic, dance and toning, All are easy-to-follow with high & low options to suit all fitness levels. You'll use a pair of flashing glow sticks throughout the class, which are available for purchase in class for £3.50. These are reusable so don't forget to bring them to every class to help light up the sky. ClubFit is all about fun, not about perfection. So come along, Pick your level, sing out loud and enjoy the music.
