Following a two-year gap resulting from Covid19, we are back and this year’s Swallowfield Show will be held in Swallowfield Park on Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday, 28th and 29th August. Tickets can now be purchased on line – so beat the queues!
All of the favourite attractions from previous shows will be there, together with some new entertainers and activities for you to enjoy. Our aim is to bounce back from the disappointments of the last two years to make this the best ever Swallowfield Show!
Our annual event is organised and run by volunteer members and friends of the Swallowfield Horticultural Society. The show is run for the benefit of the community and we aim to provide good quality traditional family entertainment and to raise money for local charities. We rely on the help and goodwill of a large number of local people, who all give whatever time they have available to make the show a success. If you would like to become involved, please contact Graham at email@example.com
Our horticultural marquee is at the core of the Swallowfield Show. It is the longest standing and one of the most popular attractions, where gardeners, crafters, artists, photographers display their products and compete for the long list of prizes. We encourage anybody and everybody to submit entries for display – there are entry classes suitable for experts and beginners, young and not-so-young, across a wide range of crafts and activities. Entry schedules, including details of the classes and how to enter, are on line.
£10 per adult.
