Great Trethew Vintage Rally
Great Trethew Vintage Rally takes place at Horningtops over the August bank holiday weekend.
We are a non commercial event with the aim to support local charities & organisations with the rally proceeds. Run entirely by volunteers the rally is a relaxed family day out.
Attracting 100’s of exhibitors showing their vintage tractors, cars, motorcycles, steam traction & stationary engines there are daily parades in the central show ring or admire them close up on the static displays.
There is entertainment all around our rally field, have you ever seen a tractor wheelie? You will in the Tractor pulling arena! Or travel back in time to the Wild West at the Searchers Old West re-enactment group cowboy camp.
Our children’s area is full of activities & entertainment, we’re also dog friendly, so bring your canine friend & enter one of the 15 classes in the Dog Show.
The working field is home to demonstrations & activities celebrating the history of our farming legacy, come & say hello to the amazing Pikna Shire Horses in action.
There are plenty of retail opportunities with our traders & the craft marquee is filled with local hand crafted loveliness. Our licensed bar & food vendors are there to offer you a chance to sit back, refuel & watch the world go by with daily musical entertainment.
No need to pre-book your admission tickets. We don’t do early bird as we believe in a fair admission price for all, Under 7’s are free & we have discounted family tickets available at the gate.
