Family Festival of Music Making
On Friday 19th August, get involved in a day of FREE music making for all the family at Middlesbrough Town Hall including workshops, sing and play-alongs and a classical concert!
Create recycled instruments, learn songwriting and take part in under 5’s music making led by musicians Hayley McKay and Natasha Graham, and join in Big Family sessions in drumming and a sing & play along.
At lunchtime, bring your own picnic and you’ll be treated to a concert of classical favourites by the wonderful Borealis Orchestra.
Young people will also be able to complete their Arts Award Discover, a certificate awarded by Trinity College London.
