Fish and Street Food Cookery Lesson
From the dusty by-lanes of India, to your plate in Surrey – some of the best food comes from the pavements of India. From crispy pakoras to tangy chutneys, from melt-in-the-mouth spiced fish to delicately made canapés, this one is great for those who love the explosive flavours of India.
Love Indian food but have no idea where to begin? Our half-day sessions are perfect for enthusiastic beginners and experienced cooks alike. We start with a spice master class over a cup of chai and samosas, where you learn how to properly use spices as well as create personal blends, and then move on to hands-on cooking of five delicious dishes which you then enjoy. Recipes, ingredients and instructions are provided and all you need to bring is lots of enthusiasm and a sense of adventure.
