Gladfest 2022

Gladfest 2022

Gladfest is back! This is the premier event in the Gladstone's Library calendar and the UK's friendliest literary festival. There are no green rooms, no VIP seats and no golden circles - just brilliant and accessible author events held in a beautiful Victorian setting.

Join us for activities, talks, book signings, poetry readings, food, drink and fun: perfect for avid readers, writers and fans of a good story.

The programme is still growing - here are the speakers we have so far:

Friday 9th September

1pm-2pm: Dipo Faloyin, Miranda Kaufmann, Astrid Madimba and Chinny Ukata in Africa is not a Country – it’s a Continent - a panel

2.30-3.30pm: Victoria Gosling: Before the Ruins

4pm-5pm: Sarah Perry's Writing Masterclass SOLD OUT
