6-week Course: Interior Design (part 1)

Introduction to Interior Design will give you the practical skills and knowledge to create a design for a domestic space. Through workshops you will develop your design awareness and learn the fundamentals of planning an interior design scheme. You will be introduced to three-dimensional thinking and analysis as you begin to plan and stylise a residential interior space. There will be an emphasis on developing your practical design skills as you learn how to produce scale drawings, mood boards and sample boards. In addition, you'll find out where to source materials and how to create that designer look. If you have a passion for interiors, have a project you would like to work through or simply want to gain some new ideas for your home, come along to this six-week course and enjoy yourself. This is a fun and friendly course and half time biscuits will be provided!
Materials Needed
Lined notebook, pen, pencil, and pictures of interiors that inspire you. Other materials will be provided.
Suitable for adults and students aged 16+.
