Hempstead-by-Holt Arts Exhibitions and Sale
The ninth annual Hempstead Arts Exhibition and Sale returns for another year and there will be over 120 exhibits from more than 25 local artists.
The exhibition, which takes place over the 3rd and 4th September, will be held in Hempstead-by-Holt Village Hall in north Norfolk and the money raised will be donated to Hempstead Church for the provision of a disabled toilet and redecoration of the Church.
Organiser, Ian Summers, comments: “It is fantastic that we can host this popular event, for the ninth time. We are delighted to welcome so many local artists and allow them to exhibit their work.”
“There is going to be a great variety of different artistic styles, ranging from photography, contemporary art and sculptures to fine paintings, all created by several exceptionally talented Norfolk artists.”
Since the launch of the exhibition and sale, the event has raised over £17,000 for church funds.
Ian Summers continued: “The exhibition and sale continue to reflect why Norfolk provides such beautiful backdrops for artists. With the incredible wildlife and nature, the talented artists truly capture the county’s beauty. We look forward to welcoming the community and we hope they take home some real treasures.”
