Yoga at Cogges Manor Farm
The yoga classes will take place outside on the Manor lawn (or inside the Manor House if the weather dictates). Alessia is an experienced Yoga Teacher and Reiki Practitioner. Alessia's motto is If you have a body you can do yoga, hence her classes are open to all levels and abilities and include breathwork, conscious movements and relaxation.
£60 for a block of 6 sessions from 14th September - 19th October, 6.30pm - 7.30pm
