Heritage Open Day: At the heart of this 1700 acre farmed estate lies Lower Brockhampton Manor House, a romantic timber-framed house dating back to the late 14th century. Discover miles of walks weaving through the apple and damson orchards and on into the parkland and woodland, featuring ancient trees, an orchard play trail, the picturesque Lawn Pool and far-reaching views of the surrounding Herefordshire countryside. Step back in time inside the Manor House and enjoy a picnic on one of the benches surrounding the moat. Treat yourself in the Granary kiosk to your favourite snacks and light bites and don’t forget to pop your head into the second-hand bookshop on your way back to the car.
