Fulham Palace apple day
Local heritage site Fulham Palace is hosting its annual apple day celebration on Sunday 2 October from 11.00 - 15.00.
The free public event is now in its 10th year and is taking place across the 13 acre historic site - rain or shine.
With activities for visitors of all ages, apple day invites the local community to celebrate the orchard within the Palace’s walled garden. Younger children can enjoy face painting, hands-on music-making, craft sessions, storytelling and the ‘harvest games’ which will be run by The Bushcraft Company. Adults and young people can take part in the baking competition, relax to live music provided by Two Temple Band and take part in cider making and mixology demos, beekeeping talks, tours and more. Local and small businesses will showcase a variety of gifts, homewares and food for purchase. Visitors can also test their luck by entering the tombola, with all proceeds going towards supporting the Palace.
