A Celebration - Vaughan Williams: Sea Symphony
In this year of the 150th Anniversary of the birth of Ralph Vaughan Williams, Leicester Philharmonic Choir is looking forward to performing his Sea Symphony, Symphony No.1 on 8th October 2022, 7.30pm at De Montfort Hall, Granville Road, Leicester LE1 7RU.
Other concert items will be Fantasia on a theme by Thomas Tallis by Vaughan Williams and the World Premiere of What Man is He? by Imogen Holst.
The Phil is delighted to be performing at De Montfort Hall once again.
This is the first concert of 22/23 Season and members are pleased to welcome Peterborough Choral Society and Leicester Youth Chorus to join them in this concert.
