Capriol Chamber Orchestra Autumn Concert
The Capriol Chamber Orchestra is delighted to welcome classical pianist William Howard as our soloist on Saturday 15th October at Holy Trinity Minchinhampton at 7.30pm. He will be performing Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 9 in E flat, ‘The Jeunehomme’.
William is one of our leading pianists. His solo career has taken him to many of Britain’s most important festivals, including Bath, Brighton and Cheltenham, and he has been artist in residence at several others. He has performed many times in the Wigmore Hall and the South Bank in London and has broadcast regularly for BBC Radio 3.
The programme also includes the Strauss Overture to ‘Die Fledermaus and ends with Haydn’s popular ‘Clock Symphony’, Symphony No. 101.
