Freedom from Painful Feelings

If we are prevented from fulfilling our wishes or forced to deal with a situation we do not
like, our uncontrolled mind immediately feels unhappy. To overcome painful states of
mind we can learn new ways of responding to them and cultivate a more realistic and
balanced approach to life’s problems. On this course we will gain experience in
practical methods of training our mind which will enable us to solve our problems and to
really enjoy life.

Everyone is welcome and no experience of meditation is needed
