Jazz at the Lamb
The Lamb Inn in Wantage hosts a Jazz night on the Last Wednesday of every Month.
It is a family run pub with an excellent menu and friendly and helpful staff.
Being a public house, there is no admission charge. The Jazz is organised by Dave Moorwood, and to help pay for the fine musicians who appear on these nights, we suggest our audience takes part in the Raffle.
The regular house band is Dave Moorwood's Rascals of Rhythm, featuring Mike Wills and Tony Blincowe on a multitude of reed instruments. The piano chair is held by Rod Kelly and the string bass is played by Mike Bennett. Dave himself plays acoustic guitar and handles the vocals and musical arrangements. In addition, each month we invite another top musician to join us. On October 26th that guest will be the fantastic trombone player, Ian Bateman.

The Lamb is open all day but the band plays from 7.30pm till 10.pm in two one hour sets.
