Have a story to tell? A poem to recite? A speech to give? A monologue to practice? Come to StoryCircle! We are an informal and sympathetic group happy to listen and ... if you ask us to (but only if you ask) ... give constructive feedback.
This is rehearsal space for performance wordsmiths of all sorts: storytellers, poets, actors, speechmakers and so on. Slots are ten minutes each.
Just FYI, all pieces must be spoken from memory and may NOT be read out.
Donations (£3?) to cover the room hire are appreciated but not required. Tea and coffee are provided. StoryCircle takes place every other Thursday.
Doors open at 7 pm for 7:30 start.
