Visit Polesden Lacey’s sumptuous house, dressed at its Christmas best. A 17ft Christmas tree welcomes as you step into the central hall and glittering displays throughout the house show the 12 Days of Christmas. See a hidden inner courtyard, decorated with falling snow and a golden partridge in a pear tree – plus an outdoor installation of swans-a-swimming with the picturesque house in the background.
There are Christmas trees with twinkling lights in every main room of the house downstairs and the dining room is abloom with seasonal flowers. The sound of festive tunes drift through the house. Enjoy a 12 days of Christmas twist of the glamour of a high society celebration. There are music performances welcoming you to the house on selected Fridays and Saturdays.
Take the children on a storybook trail indoors or explore the outdoors family trail with active challenges and games, themed on the 12 Days of Christmas, designed to exercise those Christmas high spirits.
