Crochet: Creating Circles
In this workshop you will learn the formula for making flat circles of any size. Armed with this knowledge you will be able to make baskets, bags, coasters and containers of any size.
We will practice using the formula to make face scrubbies and tin covers or small baskets. Take away the materials to make a full set of scrubbies for yourself and to finish off your basket.
Crochet – Beyond the Granny Square

A series of crochet workshops to expand your skills beyond the humble granny square in order to make a range of useful and decorative items as well as taking the first steps towards creating your own patterns.
These workshops are suitable for those with knowledge of the basic crochet stitches – Doubles (DC) and Trebles (TR) (UK terms).
We provide all the materials you need to complete the projects, but do bring your own crochet hooks if like us you have a favourite!– we suggest a 3 or 3.5mm and a 4mm, if you don’t have them or forget on the day don’t worry – we will have spares available to borrow.
Each workshop is 2.5 hours long – even if you don’t finish your project within the workshop you will go away with the knowledge and materials to complete it in your own time
