Bolton Symphony Orchestra - The Trials of Life
Bolton Symphony Orchestra will be performing an exciting programme of works at our November concert. We will be playing a programme of lesser known works at the Victoria Hall on Saturday 19th November at 7.30pm. This concert, entitled The Trials of Life sees Bolton Symphony Orchestra accompanying the singer Jane Burnell singing Poulenc’s rarely performed La Voix Humaine (in English), a short opera for soprano and orchestra, followed by Vaughan Williams’ beautiful Symphony No. 3 (Pastoral). The concert is conducted by our Musical Director Ben Crick and is a great introduction to some less familiar orchestral works.
7.30pm.
Tickets are available online at www.boltonsymphony.org.uk, via telephone: 01204 522569 or on the door the night of the concert. They are only £12 each and all under 19s are free of charge.
