Adult Workshop: Art for Wellbeing Morning
Join artist Kate Simms for a series of creative workshop inspired by the pioneering art therapy work of Dr Vawdrey that took place at West Sussex County Asylum at Graylingwell. These monthly sessions will allow you to express your inner artist in a safe, encouraging environment using a range of mediums and techniques.
No drawing, painting, creative experience or technical ability required or needed. Just the will to have a go in a fun and inclusive group – everyone is welcome. All materials will be provided.
