Are you looking for a new challenge? On Sunday 29 January 2023, join Crisis to take an icy plunge at the Bicester Hotel and Spa's open water swimming lake. You could take part on your own or with your friends and family, meet like-minded people and have an unforgettable experience this winter!
At Crisis Skylight Oxford they will receive a range of advice, support and well-being services.
You can help further by asking people to sponsor you to complete this icy challenge.
There will be prizes for the top fundraiser and best fancy dress as well as free hot refreshments for participants.
What to wear: Please note that it is recommended that at this time of year a full wet suit should be worn. You will be provided with a Crisis swimming cap on the day. Fancy dress is optional, but encouraged.
