'The Cost of Living' documentary short film & Panel discussion

Greenpeace Camden, Shoreditch and Southwark Groups, in conjunction with the Islington Climate Centre, Green New Deal Rising and Force of Nature will be hosting a screening of the short documentary ‘The Cost of Living’, at the Islington Climate Centre, which focusses on the cost of living and climate crises.

This documentary, made by Greenpeace, tells the story of volunteers in food banks and community centres in the Rother Valley, Yorkshire. The film depicts how communities hard hit by the cost of living crisis are pulling together to support each other at this difficult time and how properly insulating homes and investing in renewable energy can help tackle the cost of living crisis.

This is a crisis all communities are facing. The screening of the 10 minute documentary will be followed by a Panel discussion.
