Join yoga teachers Sue Cooper and Fatuma Hali at the Lighthouse and Gardens, London E20 for a nourishing and uplifting Winter Wellbeing yoga and sound immersion.
Come along for time-out from seasonal stress and time to rest, rebalance, recharge and reconnect.
The afternoon will start with an easeful yoga flow, suitable for all, designed to release and relax tired muscles, steady the mind and nervous system, to open and uplift the breath, body and heart, followed by a restful and rejuvenating sound bath: get cosy, lie back and let go into a delicious and delightful sound journey with Fatuma.
